1. Size Exchange Only

NEXO offers size exchange only.

We do not offer refunds or returns for a refund. Customers can request an exchange if they need a different size.

2. Exchange Period

Size exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

3. Exchange Conditions

The product must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
With original tags and packaging intact

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used may not be eligible for size exchange.

5. Size Availability

6. Wrong or Defective Product

If NEXO sends you the wrong size/product or you receive a product with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

7. Refunds

NEXO does not offer refunds. Only size exchanges are available according to this policy.
